Blackfyre Detailing offers mobile vehicle detailing services, including but not limited to washing, polishing, interior cleaning, and paint protection. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time, with reasonable prior notice to customers whenever possible.

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into a contract for our services. By contracting our services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Scheduling and Cancellations

• Scheduling: Services must be scheduled through our app, website, or phone. All bookings are subject to availability.
• Customer Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made after this timeframe may incur cancellation fees equivalent to [X]% of the service cost.

• Access to Location: The customer is responsible for providing safe and convenient access to the location where the service will be provided. This includes a parking spot and access to water and electricity when necessary.
• Personal Belongings: Blackfyre Detailing is not responsible for personal items left in the vehicle. We recommend removing all items before the service begins.

7. Warranty and Limitation of Liability

• Warranty: We guarantee that our services will be provided professionally and in accordance with industry standards. If you are not satisfied with the service, you must notify us within 24 hours so we can address the issue.
• Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability will be limited to the amount paid for the specific service rendered. Pre-existing damages or defects in the vehicle are not covered by our liability.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, images, and texts on our website and app are owned by Blackfyre Detailing and are protected by copyright laws. Reproduction, distribution, or use of any content without our prior written consent is prohibited.
